G2 Esports win IEM Katowice
G2 Esports' CS:GO outfit won IEM Katowice by beating Heroic 3-1 in the tournament's best-of-five grand finals.

In the process of winning the tournament, G2 also broke a record for the second-longest streak of map wins in CS:GO esports history.
Justin 'jks' Savage has now won the IEM Katowice twice back-to-back, after he also lifted the trophy while standing in for FaZe - the first player to pull off such a feat.
It was also a special moment for cousins Nikola 'NiKo' Kovac and Nemanja 'huNter-' Kovac as they celebrated winning the title together.
G2 were dominant at the tournament as they went 19 maps without a defeat, and dropped only one map in the grand finals.
