Concerns over timing of Dota 2's next patch
With the Berlin Major approaching, Dota 2 pros don't just face visa issues as everything is pointing towards a massive patch release just prior to the event.

However, the timing has been criticized as "poor management" as it will bring a lot of randomness to the major, according to TI winner Skiter.
"Every pro team will tell you the timing is not the greatest. It will bring a lot of randomness to the major," said TI winner Skiter during an interview at DreamLeague S19.
His teammate 33 expressed his dislike for drastic changes before an important event and suggested that Valve could have just nerfed broken heroes and buffed weak heroes instead.
Gaimin Gladiators mid laner Quinn also questioned the decision to release the patch right before the major.
The release date has not been confirmed, but leaks suggest it will be on April 20, just six days before the Berlin Major.
