Bangladesh drop Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Mohammad Naim ahead of Asia Cup
Bangladesh have dropped senior spinner Mehidy Hasan Miraz and batter Mohammad Naim from their T20I squad ahead of the upcoming Asia Cup.

The duo were both of the Tigers' group that beat Pakistan 2-1 in a three-match series at home last month but could not find a way into the 16-man squad.
Mehidy, the new ODI captain, returned to the T20I side after Bangladesh's 2-1 defeat against UAE, but didn't make a big impact and was named in a four-man standby list for the tournament.
Naim couldn't convert his domestic T20 form into international runs. He had scores of 32 not out, 3 and 10 in the three T20Is against Pakistan.
The Bangladesh selectors have recalled wicketkeeper-batter Nurul Hasan and allrounder Saif Hassan
The Tigers will play the three T20Is against Netherlands on August 30, and September 1 and 3 before their opening Asia Cup clash against Hong Kong on September 11.
